We’ve kept the core system simple to make it fast and reliable. If you want more than the standard setup — like additional languages, more complex design changes, or integrations — we can add those at an additional cost.
Who owns the site, domain, and customer list?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the WordPress site and content are yours, and all contacts collected live in your Brevo account. If you ever leave, we’ll provide exports (site files/db and email list) so you can take everything with you.
Can you work with my existing domain, hosting, or email provider?
Yes. We can point your current domain or adapt to your stack. That said, our default setup is optimized for speed and deliverability; using other hosts or senders may not perform the same. If we use your stack, we’ll outline any limits before we start.
How do renewals, cancellations, and refunds work?
The Business Plan renews annually, and if you don’t want to continue, you simply let it expire. The Premium Plan can be downgraded to Business if you inform us at least 60 days before renewal, and we’ll refund the difference. If you cancel the Premium Plan completely, we first downgrade you to Business, which will stay active until the end of your annual billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, we’ll refund your payment minus any non-refundable costs such as the domain. Website design and email system setup are non-refundable, since once they’re delivered, the work is considered complete.
