Meticulous post-production
In professional jewelry photography, post-production is the most important stage. Jewelry pieces are small, and when you need to show them on a screen, even tiniest imperfections become visible. That’s why retouching is crucial.
But beware of over-photoshopped images. Your product must look natural. We know how to keep that balance.
So it’s all about post-production?
No. No Photoshop work can save a jewelry shot if the lighting was unprofessional. Reflective metals and precious stones are very sensitive to how you light them. It’s not easy to achieve the shiny magic look with the perfectly right amount of reflection, but that’s our job, and we know how to do it.
Any other tricks?
You want your jewelry images to be breathtaking, and to make them breathtaking, we employ lots of additional techniques like stacking for maximum sharpness and crispiness of a photo.
How to spend less and get more
Color changes. We can change the color of the metal (e.g., from gold to silver) and change the colors of the precious stones so that we don’t have to take photos of every variation of your product. Color changes will cost you a fraction of the price of a separate photo.
