Why 3D instead of good old photography?
Building a 3D model and then making advertising images for you out of it is what we do when we can’t take photos that are good enough for our (and your) purposes. For example:
- The product’s too big for studio photography (like a building)
- The product’s too small, and closeups start revealing tiny imperfections that we don’t want to be there (like a medical implant)
- There are problems with logistics (shipping a product to us is too expensive or too difficult because of customs issues)
- The product isn’t manufactured yet (so only a digital engineering model of it is available)
- There is no product (yes, we do 3D product visualization from scratch even if all you have is just a concept)

Collecting materials
- You give us your engineering model if you have one.
- If you only have the product itself, we take 360° pictures of it to further build a 3D model.
- If you don’t have anything but a concept yet, we can build a model from scratch for you.
Optimizing the model
Models that were designed in SolidWorks or other CAD applications have to undergo the optimization process so they can be used to visualize photorealistic images.
Applying textures
Smoothness, roughness, transparency, color: everything that’s crucial about a product but absent from a 3D model.
Applying light
Here, we put our photographers’ hats on and use our expertise to balance light and shade and to accurately reproduce shadows and reflections.
Setting
If required, we also visualize the surroundings of the product, which have to be just as realistic and appealing as the product itself.
Rendering & post-production
We employ the most advanced software and never skim on computer resources or compromise final quality, fine detail, or high resolution to prepare detail-rich product visualizations: stills, animated images, or videos.
