Shipping is ultrafast these days. With UPS, FedEx, or DHL, shipping to our studio in Israel from any country in the world is a matter of days. We currently recommend FedEx for fastest shipping to our studio.

Important!

  • Address the package to our CEO’s personal name (Eli Gitelman), NOT the studio or Other Planet.
  • Include the phone number in the address: +972547921923.
  • Add a customs declaration listing the contents and stating the value. Try to be very general. For example, instead of “Electical appliance with Li-Ion batteries”, just declare “kitchen appliance”. 
  • The declared value must be under $150.
  • DO NOT mention samples for photography, commercial samples, or anything business-related.

  • Note that we do up to 15 free reviews a month and set eligibility criteria only because preparing every personal review is VERY time-consuming.

Iterative design focuses on creating one optimal concept based on our research and expertise. We present this single, refined design for your approval. In 70% of cases, clients approve this initial concept, keeping costs low. After you approve, we finalize and deliver. 

If changes are needed or new concepts are required, we revise or start anew, but this will increase the budget.
